UGolf Feucherolles**** is an 18-hole, par 72 course stretching over 6348 meters. Located in the Paris region, in the Yvelines (78), it spans 65 hectares and is heavily wooded, featuring five lakes. Constructed by the American John Michael Poellot, the course was inaugurated in 1992.
Technical and varied, the Feucherolles golf course was built with great respect for the environment. Since then, it has matured into one of the most beautiful golf courses in the western Paris area.
The course is hilly and requires every golf shot. It includes two Par 5s and two Par 3s on both the front and back nine. Tee shots can be perilous, especially when the wind gusts through the Yvelines plain. Fairways alternate between uphill and downhill slopes. Numerous hazards are within driving range and require thoughtful club selection.
The layout alternates between relatively short shots, such as the 2nd and 4th holes, with Par 4s where the second shot is never simple. On the back nine, the fairways are narrow, lined with century-old trees like on the tee shots of holes 10, 11, and 12. The Par 3s are quite long, especially the 13th. The greens are large and require finesse to avoid ruining your scorecard.
The practice area includes 3 covered hitting bays, 2 putting greens, and 1 pitching green. Golf lessons are available.
The clubhouse spans 2 levels with a surface area of 3200 square meters. Luxurious locker rooms with Japanese baths complement an imposing pro shop. The restaurant, the 19th hole, is open from 12 pm to 3 pm. With its tapestries, wooden beams, and high ceilings, it's the ideal place to discuss a round of golf with friends.
Sunlight pours in through the windows. The breathtaking view of the golf course invites you to replay the round before the sun sets. A quick ride in a golf cart, and you're already at the 1st hole...
