Cholet Golf, 3rd Golfstars, 49 - Maine and Loire, is an 18-hole Par 71 of 5871 m. In an exceptional setting of 56 hectares, this varied course surrounds the Castle of the Landry Oak, built in 1853 and renovated in 1995. It is 5 minutes from Cholet city centre, 30 minutes from Puy-du-Fou Park and close to Nantes and Angers.

Created by the architect Olivier Brizon, the Cholet golf course is spread out in a wooded area of oaks and chestnut trees, with numerous dog-legs and bodies of water over a dozen holes. Dogs are allowed on the course. The greens are fast in season.

Open all year round, the Cholet golf course has a practice of 25 stations including 10 covered, on grass, as well as 2 putting greens and an approach green. A 6-hole Par 36 school course is for beginners. It's made of natural turf. The Golf School, from 7 to 18 years old, offers numerous initiations and competitions all year round.

The magnificent clubhouse in Landry Oak Castle offers a non-stop bar in season and green-fee and meals. It has PMR access. The pro-shop is busy enough to offer club rentals and accessories.

And when you finish this course at the slope of 132, you can find the golf restaurant with its gourmet brasserie and enjoy its wild boar civet after chasing the birdie...
